ProSim operates on a scheduled deployment model. Agencies may reserve available dates directly through the calendar below.
To secure your selected date, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Deposits apply toward the total service agreement amount.
Deposits are not refunded under any circumstance but will be credited toward the rescheduled deployment date.
Failure to remit the remaining balance 14 days prior to deployment may result in cancellation of the scheduled date.
Agencies interested in quarterly, semi-annual, or annual deployment agreements are encouraged to contact ProSim directly prior to booking to coordinate structured scheduling and availability.
Recurring agreements receive scheduling priority and may reserve multiple dates in advance.
When selecting a date:
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the deployment date.
